He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Leisner (Goss) and Edward Frank Leisner, Sr.; and his sisters, Donna Lee Leisner and Shirley DeLuca. He is survived by: his wife Dianna "Dawn" Leisner; his children, Edward F. Leisner, III of Westminster, Michael A. Leisner of Westminster, Steven L. Leisner of Westminster and Sheryl L. Leisner of Westminster; his sisters, Ruth "Ruthie" Wickham, Betty "Jeannie", Kathleen "Kathy" Pratt and Deborah "Debbie" Leisner (Walsh); his father-in-law Raymond Duvall, Sr. (Dorothy); and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Duvall, Jr. (Tereasa), Deborah Duvall (Tom Snider) and Jennifer Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
