He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Crawford Foley; his son Harlen Foley; his daughter-in-law Tina; his grandchildren, Faith of Union Bridge and Dylan Foley of Union Bridge; and his siblings, Anita "Dietz" Robinson of White Marsh and Linwood Foley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
