She was predeceased by: her parent Albert Neighoff; her spouse Jack Wilmer Wheeler; her brother Albert E. Neighoff, Jr. (Shirley); and her grandchildren, Michael Shane Wheeler and Paige Hope Wheeler.

She is survived by: her parent Henrietta Neighoff (Breitenbach); her children, John Wheeler (Donna), Daniel Wheeler, Patrick Wheeler (Robin) and Kathleen Wheeler; her siblings, Eugene Neighoff (Beverly) and Barbara Bernard; and her grandchildren, Charles Wheeler (Danielle), Tricia Cihlar (Nate), Daniel Wheeler Jr. (Patricia), Nicole Jump (Al), Nicholas Wheeler, Sarah Moore (Tyler), Rebecca Hurd (Billy Jack), Tyler Wheeler, Katie Wheeler, Jacqueline Wheeler and Kandace Tignor. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
