Dorothy V. Bauerlien Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy V. Bauerlien of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Denton Haines and Hanna Marie Haines (Harn); her husband John G. Bauerlien Jr.; her close friend Floyd K. Schaffer; her daughter Dorothy M. Johnson; and her siblings, Ralph Haines, Monroe "Bud" Haines, Naomi Haines, Evelyn Stair, Charlotte Dayhoff, Mary Forsythe and Hilda Haines.
She is survived by: her children, Judy (Perry Jones) of Union Bridge, Yvonne "Bonnie" (Charlie Simpson) of Westminster and Dennis (Marie Bauerlien) of Linthicum; and her grandchildren, Joni, Jeanne, Sherri, Stacie, Scott, Sindi, Shane, Joe, Brandy, Doug, Mandy and Daniel. She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren; and 15 great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (2800 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg, MD 21048).
