She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Fillmore Dell and Lillian Bloom; her husband Dusty Freeman; and her daughter Vicki Feeney. She is survived by: her son-in-law Bill Feeney; her children, Pamela Taylor (Mark) of Vienna and Michael Freeman of Germantown, MD; and her grandchildren, Sean Feeney (Kait), Brendan Feeney, DJ Taylor and Connor Taylor.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
