She is survived by: her children, Raymond B. Seitler (Martha) of Martinsburg, WV, Patricia E. Jennings (David) of Westminster and James Bradley Seitler (Laura) of Hanover, PA; and her siblings, Wanda L. Shipley of Westminster and Shirley J. Strite of Romney, WV.
