It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wayne Swartzbaugh of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray Swartzbaugh and Dorothy L. Barber Swartzbaugh; his wife Connie Jean Swartzbaugh; his son Donald Wayne Swartzbaugh, Jr.; and his brother Kenneth Swartzbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie J. Swartzbaugh Brown and David L. Swartzbaugh; his grandchildren, Connie Brown Davis, Thomas David and Noah Lee Swartzbaugh; his great grandchild Kynsley Davis; and his siblings, James R. Swartzbaugh, Jr., Beverly Swartzbaugh Kinser and Lewis Swartzbaugh.
