He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Bertha Moore; his wife Carol Susie Moore; his former wife Lois Carolyn Clark; his son David B. Moore; and his brother John F. Moore III.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan D. Clark and Joyce E. Fagerland; his brother Bob Moore; and his grandson Matthew Fagerland.
