It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lotz (Westminster, Maryland), born in Eldersburg, Maryland, who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred Lotz (Marks); and his daughter Stephanie Lotz Wasson. He is survived by: his parent Theodore C. Lotz; his spouse Lucille T. Lotz; his brother Edward C. Lotz of Baltimore; his son Christopher Donald Lotz; his grandchildren, Stephen of Hampstead and Brian Lotz of Hampstead; his son-in-law Robert Wasson; and his grandchildren, Tyler of Howard County and Brett Wasson of Howard County.
