He is survived by: his children, Donald S. Pardoe (Tabethia) of Westminster, Dawn Crawford of Hanover, MD, Anita Rassen (Richard) of Baltimore and Patricia Norris; and his grandchildren, Victoria Zeigler, Christopher Williams, Madison Pardoe, Isabella Pardoe and Linda Lopez. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
