He is survived by: his parents, John S. Baumgardner Jr. and Helen Baumgardner (Rentsel) of Taneytown; his son Dennis Allen; and his siblings, Christine Eckard of Westminster, Theresa Prochaska (Jon) of Taneytown, Gail Windisch (Jerod) of Taneytown and John S. "Jake" Baumgardner III (Lisa) of Taneytown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
