She was predeceased by: her father David Kibler; her grandparents, Evan, Grace Crumbacker, Mary and Jonah Kibler; her brother Brian Kibler; and also David Kibler.
She is survived by: her mother Donna Kibler; her sisters, Karla Tomlin and Dawn Kibler; her sister-in-law Dana Kibler; and her nieces and nephews, Karey Tomlin, Zach Tomlin, Jesse Tomlin, Tyler Falcone, Amber Falcone McKenzie, Brittanie Baker, Lindsay Maston and Michael Kibler. She is also survived by fourteen great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the ARC of Carroll County, 180 Krider's Church Road, Westminster, MD 21158, or to the Church of the Open Door (Good Shepherd Class), 550 Baltimore Boulevard, Westminster, MD 21157, to further their outstanding work with the special needs community in Carroll County.
