She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Franklin Zepp and Althea Jane Snyder Zepp; her daughter Katie Long; her siblings, Paula Zepp and Rusty Zepp; and her niece Cassie Shipley.

She is survived by: her son Troy Eckard of Frederick; her grandchildren, Kayla Long and Kody Long of Hanover; and her siblings, Pam Nicewarner (Mike) of Charlestown, WV and Paul Zepp (Judy) of Hampstead, MD.
