It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Young (Westminster, Maryland), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Young; and her parents, Edwin A. Brown and Dorothy E. Brown. She is survived by: her children, Nikki Warner (Matt) of New Freedom, PA and Ricky Young of Westminster; her grandson Nathan R. Warner of New Freedom; her sister Elaine Wolf (John) of Virginia; her niece Mandi Ogaard; and her nephew Garrett Wolf.
