It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Theresa Blanchard of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Tuohy and Catherine Tuohy (Galvin); her husband David Charles Blanchard; and her siblings, Maureen Godin, James Tuohy, Patrick Tuohy and Timothy Tuohy.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Blanchard (Amanda) of Taneytown and Susan Santana of Edgewood; her grandchildren, Jared, Jason, Jessica and Joshua; and her siblings, John Christopher Tuohy of England, Michael Tuohy of England, Katheleen Zawacki of Massachusetts, Joan Amberman of Sykesville, Daniel Tuohy of England, Dermot Tuohy of Ireland, Phyllis O'Sullivan of Ireland and Stephen Tuohy of Ireland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Humane Society of Carroll County, 2517 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158.
