He is survived by: his wife Vesta Elizabeth Reifsnider; his sons, Band, David Michael Reifsnider (Susan) and Jon Maurice Reifsnider (Debra); his foster son William Childers (Tammy); his grandchildren, Rebecca Marie Conrad (Kyle), Sarah Ann Brentlinger (Jon), Zachary Hopkins and Keegan Childers; his great grandchild Madison Marie Conrad; and his brother Kenneth Leonard Reifsnider (Martha).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions in David's name to Grace United Church of Christ Repair Fund, 49 West Baltimore Street, Taneytown, MD 21787.
