He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William and Mary Jean Laroy Martin; and his brothers, Garland Martin and Billy Martin. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Reter Martin; his children, David Martin, Jr. of Owings Mills, MD and Stacey Preciado of Pennsylvania; his stepson Philip Cohen (Michelle) of New Jersey; his mother-in-law Jean Long of Westminster, MD; and his grandchildren, Danielle Martin of Finksburg, MD, John Preciado of Finksburg, MD, Hunter, Chase and Riley Cohen of New Jersey.
