He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin F. Black Jr.; and his siblings, Donna M. Black and Benjamin F. Black III. He is survived by: his parent Phyllis; and his siblings, Paul Black (Loriane) of Westminster, MD, Patricia Kulp (Chester) of Gettysburg, PA and Jane Windell (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Westminster Church of Brethren.
