She is survived by: her husband Richard Carbaugh; her daughter Tina; her son-in-law Michael Meekins; her grandchildren, Ashley Stitely (Joe Mager) and Grant Meekins; her siblings, Becky Twigg, Frederck and Josephine Peapples; and her extended family, Eckenrodes, Claggetts and George Stitely. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
