He is survived by: his wife Jenny Haifley Williams; his sister Mary Ellen Lago of Baltimore; his children, Chris Williams (Colleen) of Baltimore and Casida O'Neill of Littlestown; his nephew Sean Collier of Baltimore; his sister Carole; his brother-in-law Terry Maner of Calabsh, NC; his niece Sarah (Joseph McBurney); and his nephew Josiah (Lindsey Maner).
