He is survived by: his mother Martha Hamilton of Mt. Airy, MD; his children, Jessica Quigley of Tampa, FL., Liam and Shayne Quigley; the mother of his children Kathryn of Gettysburg, PA; and his brothers, Darren Randolph and Duane Randolph (Susan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
