It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Kay Foley of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Larson (Davis) and Gustav Larson; and her brother Kevin Larson. She is survived by: her former husband Mark A. Foley; her children, Mark A. Foley, Jr., Laura C. Foley (Cory Beall), Timothy "Gus" Foley and Emily H. Foley; her siblings, Karen Gold (Joe) and Christopher Larson (Barry Hoffman); and her close friends, Eenie, Meanie and Barley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Little Paws Dachshund Rescue at littlepawsdr.org or the Dachshund Rescue of North America at drna.org to help Cindy achieve her dream of helping as many rescue dachshunds as she could.
