He was predeceased by: his father Frederick William Burgess; and his son Jason Berry. He is survived by: his mother Dolores Elizabeth Edmondson Burgess of Beverly Hills, FL; his spouse Delmae Charmaine Berry-Burgess; his son Mike Burgess (Mindy) of Westminster; his siblings, Michael Burgess (Vicky) of Woodbine and Lisa Singleton (Scott) of Westminster; and his grandchildren, Natalie Berry, Cindy Burgess and Hailey Burgess. He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
