He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon L. Bowers, Jr. and Margaret Aquilla Linton Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Bowers; and his brothers, Kevin Bowers, Jeff Bowers (Wendy) and Darrin Bowers (Kathrine). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
