He was predeceased by: his parents, James Furneaux and Gladys Furneaux; and his former wife Patricia Anne Furneaux. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Fulton Furneaux of Mary's County; his sister Patricia Ogley (England) of Nottinghamshire; his sons, Mark and Nicholas Furneaux; and his stepchildren, Shannon Dee Catherine Horosczazak of Howard County, Maryland. and Kathleen Jane Hitchens of Howard County, Maryland.. He is also survived by family included seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (2901 Bloom Rd, Finksburg, MD 21048). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension (23 N Court St, Westminster, MD 21157).
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial donations be made to the children's programs at the Church of the Ascension in Westminster.
