It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Eugene Keffer (Westminster, Maryland), born in Dawson, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Faye V. Keffer; his parents, Lloyd Keffer and Lida Swink Keffer; and his daughter Faye Allen Dixon. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jessie Young (Mark) of Finksburg and Colin Dixon (Kelsey) of Ellicott City; his great grandchildren, Theodore Alexander Young and Kassandra Lucille Dixon; and his sisters, Nellie Lynn and Helen Louise Hawk.
