It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Nevin Haines of Westminster, Maryland, born in Woodbine, Maryland, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Haines and Evelyn Haines; and his sisters, Winifred Harrison and Virginia Biddinger of Woodbine. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Haines (Tootie); his daughter Gail Susan Haines Wilhelm of Westminster; his grandson Heathe L Wilhelm (Sharon); his great grandchildren, Hunter L Wilhelm and Abigail N Wilhelm of Union Bridge; and his brothers, Larry Haines of Westminster, Don Haines of Woodbine and Robert Haines of Westminster.
