Clarence E. Windsor Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parent Robert I. Windsor; and his sons, Ricky Windsor and Ron Windsor. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis S. Evans; his parent Lucinda Watkins Windsor; his son Sue Shuler (Barry) of Charleston, SC; and his grandchild Bob Windsor (Kay) of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; four step children, Thomas Evans Jr., Daniel Evans Sr., Cedonia Evans and Candice Evans Poska, and their spouses; eight step-grandchildren; one step-great grandson; and many friends.
