He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart A. Tarr and Phyllis G. Tarr (Beecham); his wife Rose Marie Tarr; his daughter Brenda Madonna; his grandsons, Charles V. Ray and Robert M. Miller; and his brother Gaylord Tarr.
He is survived by: his children, Wilson S. "Will" (Vickie Tarr), Frank (Christine Ray), Bonnie (Michael Hartman), Tina M. (Bruce Schindledecker), Lindsey R. (Wayne Holmberg) and Todd A. (Mandy Madonna); and his sister Barbara Schnell of Hampstead. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chuck's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 1850 York Rd., Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093.
