She was predeceased by: her parents, James David and Ella Arnita Jones Cooper; and her siblings, Ethel Keys, Elsie Green, Faith Cooper, Alice Green, Charles Cooper, James Cooper, Jr. and Irevia Pryor.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pius Cooper (Ethel) of Baltimore, Rosalie Sims of Westminster and Edna Smith (George) of New Windsor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Due to COVID, a graveside service for the family will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 11 a. m. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 2800 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg, MD. Masks and social distancing will be required at the cemetery.
