It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Waltz (Westminster, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 17, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John Lippy; her spouse Norman L. Waltz, Sr.; her daughter Diane Waltz Peregoy; and her siblings, Jack Lippy, William Lippy and Ruth Selbe.
She is survived by: her parent Eva Lippy (Harden); her son Norman L. "Lee" Waltz, Jr.; her wife Donna of Westminster; her granddaughters, Nicole Boyer (Frank) and Sarah Peregoy; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Boyer, Brooke Boyer, Hannah Boyer, Katelyn Boyer and Peyton Boyer; her brother Robert Lippy (Karen) of Westminster; and her son-in-law Steve Peregoy of Westminster. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
