It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte M. Amrhein of Westminster, Maryland, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Rowe and Antoinette Rowe (Kaskiel); her husband Bernard John Amrhein; and her son Christopher David Amrhein. She is survived by: her children, Michele R. Amrhein of Westminster, Charlotte Petela (Michael) of Westminster and Bernard J. Amrhein (Victoria) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Jessica Romanoski (Jeremy), Sean Flynn (Yajaira), Matthew Petela, Maria Petela, Allie Amrhein and Samantha Petela; her great grandchildren, Joseph and Bernadette Romanoski; and her sister Lorraine.
