It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Hobson of Westminster, Maryland, born in Ellicott City, Maryland, who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Mae Shane and Ralph Peugh of Washington; her husband Roy Harold Hobson; her children, Darrell Lee Ketterman and Lisa Lynn Daniels; and her siblings, Kathleen Skipper and Kenneth Peugh.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Wayne "Rick" Jasper of Westminster, Barbara Ann Thomas (Bruce) of Hampstead, David Earl Peugh of Westminster, Otis Lee Ketterman (Betty) of Silver Run and Ralph Eugene Jasper. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
