She was predeceased by: her parents, John I. Utz and Adda M. Utz (Smith); her husband Raymond E. Dell, Jr.; her son Ryan M. Dell; and her brother John I. Utz.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond E. Dell, III of Parrish, Florida and Christine D. Bangerd (Jeffrey) of Westminster; her daughter-in-law Theresa Schmidt of Westminster; and her grandchildren, Brandy Mechalske, Timothy Bangerd and Katherine Bangerd.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charlotte's name to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
