With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Andrew Spencer of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 7, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Charles Spencer and Thelma Hager Spencer; his sister Muriel; and his brother-in-law Phillip Weisner. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Langel Spencer; and his son Charles Spencer IV (Valerie) of Perry Hall.
