He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Plunkert, Sr. and Sarah Catherine Willet Plunkert; and his brothers, Edward W. Plunkert, Jr. and Robert Plunkert. He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Plunkert; his daughter Vicki Green of Ocean City; his grandchildren, Amanda Green-Hall (Zebadiah Hall) and Jason Tyler Green; and his brother Fred L. Plunkert of McSherrystown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
