He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Miller (Nusbaum) and Edgar F. Miller; and his siblings, Kenneth, Richard Miller and Doris Kipe.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne H. Miller; his son Scott E. Miller (Dawn) of Westminster; his siblings, Alice Owensby of Illinois, Hazel "Bernice" Stitely of Taneytown and David Miller of Westminster; his grandson Zachary Miller; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Burdette, Brandon Hall, Amy Marie Majeed and Amanda Leigh Boatswain (Ron); and his stepgreat-granddaughter Akyra Sky Boatswain.
