He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Lewis Zincon Sr. and Esther Freberthauser Lockard; his sibling Eileen Zincon Gill; his spouse Catherine Jane Zincon; his brother-in-law Roy E. Gill Jr.; his daughter Joyce A. Dempsey; his son-in-law Michael Dempsey of Westminster; his son Charles L. Zincon III; his daughter-in-law Joni Zincon of Westminster; his grandchildren, Kelly Dempsey (Chad Brough, Liam), Haley Zincon and Macy Zincon; his great grandchildren, Devin Andrews, Courtney Andrews and Kieran Dempsey; and his nieces, Sharon Gill, Melissa Stump and Mary Armacost.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Carroll Hospice, St. John's Lutheran Church, the Alzheimer's Association, and any charitable organization supporting veterans.
