With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Hare of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hare and Blanche Foster Hare; his wife Phyllis Marie Suter Hare; his son-in-law James Affayroux, Jr.; and his grandson-in-law Brian F. Hussey, Jr..

He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Montgomery (Jerry), Christine Wisniewski (John), Kathy Affayroux and Donna. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandsons.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the BridgingLife Dove House, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
