She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald H. Bullock and Betty J. Bullock (Mack); her husband Michael Joseph Cagle; her children, Heather Mielke of Sykesville, Clint Cagle (Megan) of Westminster, Keith Cagle (Megan) of Westminster, Chelsey Lukemire of Ellicott City and Christopher Cagle (Alyson) of Bridgeville, DE; her grandchildren, Brooke, Mackenzie, Harper, Logan, Leighton, Macie, Kenley, Avery, Weston and Jackson; and her siblings, Sharon Basil (Ronald) of Cape Coral, FL, Donald Bullock (Wendy) of Lewes, DE and Kenneth Bullock (Gretchen) of North Carolina. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
