Catherine Patricia Norvell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Patricia Norvell of Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Proctor and Joan Driscoll; and her brother James Proctor. She is survived by: her husband William Norvell; her sons, Michael Norvell (Patty) and Matthew Norvell of Westminster; and her grandchildren, Seth, Jacob, Ivy, Tyler, Vera, Joann and Lilith. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as many friends.
