She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Napier and Freta Napier (Mallote); her husband Dr. Philip Bussey; and her siblings, Michael Napier and Rita Gay Napier.
She is survived by: her children, Heidi Finnegan (James) and Theodore M. Logan (Angela); and her grandchildren, Cooper Logan, Cassius Logan, Cecilia Logan, Remington Potvin and Logan Michael Potvin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Carroll County Humane Society, 2517 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158, in honor of Carolyn and her love for animals.
