She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lemuel R. and Viola Jane Rightler Campbell; her spouse Grason Elmer Ballard; her children, Barbara J. Wineke (Larry) and Beverly A. Carver; her husband Barry of Westminster, MD; and her grandchildren, Lynnie, Carrie, Selena, Bradley, Gina and Laura.
