He is survived by: his parents, Day and Sharon Holtz (Tracey); his fiancé Stacey Whalen Kyker; his children, Brooks Kyker and Kyle Kyker (Erin); his grandchild Finley; his children, Joseph and Tessa Streett; his brother Keith Hooper of Hanover, PA.; his aunt Carilee Streett; and his friend Ian Forrest.
