He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Waller Simmons; his parents, Betty Jo Harden Simmons and Tex Grover Simmons; his children, Robert Alex Fulcher, Chelsea Lynn Simmons, Kirsten Renee Simmons and Halie JoAnna Simmons; and his brothers, Rodney Grover Simmons (Robbin) of Round Rock, TX and Carl Edison Simmons (Theresa) of Lexington, SC. He was also cherished by his 4 grandchildren.
