He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McKinney and Pauline Stover McKinney; his stepdaughter Sharon Ringley; and his former wife Mae McKinney. He is survived by: his children, Larry D. Snyder of Westminster, Kimberly Cook of Westminster and Mark McKinney of Lancaster, PA; and his stepchildren, Brenda Bellew of Westminster, Linda Thompson of Littlestown, Karen Standifer of Sykesville and Steve Snyder of Westminster. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
