She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Gibson Collins and Lewis Collins; her spouse Thomas Carl Skipper, Jr.; her siblings, Elmer Lee Collins, Ruby Neal Campbell and Betty Lou Gibson; and her sisters-in-law, Hazel Lock, Mae Barth and Edith Skipper.
She is survived by: her children, Pennie (Joseph Staup), Hank (Patricia Skipper), Carolyn Shelton (Danny Bell), Michael Skipper of Westminster and DJ Mills Skipper of Westminster; her grandchildren, James Skipper, Micheala Caleb, Austin Shelton, Patrick Shelton, Holly John, Shawna Staup, Emily Lizor, Tresa and Josh Adams; her great grandchildren, Carson, Reagan, Lincoln, James, Jr. and Preston; her sisters, Minnie Pearl Trent of Rogersville, TN, Bennie Mae Gibson of Atlanta, GA and Barbara Jean Craft of Sneedville, TN; and her friends, Robert, Ann, Emily, RJ Niner, Scott Morningstar and Billy Brosenne.
