She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Shade (Brenneman) and Leroy Shade; and her brother Donald Shade. She is survived by: her children, Ronald "Craig" Dutterer of Fairfield, PA, Michele Sipes of Westminster and Theresa Rae Chavious of Westminster; her siblings, Phyllis Miller of Texas and David Shade of Glen Rock, PA; and her sister-in-law Valerie Shade of Lineboro, PA.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
