It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Marie Bankard (Westminster, Maryland), who passed away on December 12, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Sr and Helen Brown Myers, Sr.; and her sister Dolores Raver. She is survived by: her spouse Ray Bankard; her children, Donna Eckard (Stephen) of Westminster, Dianne Russell (Kyle) of Manchester and David Bankard (Amy) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Mark Eckard, Ryan Hann, Jackson and Lily Bankard; and her siblings, Bobby Jr, Lewis Myers, Jr. and Beverly Royer.
