She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll M. Dailey and Margaret Dailey; and her sisters, Jane Elizabeth Dailey and Carolyn Sue Moore. She is survived by: her husband William T. Cox, Sr.; her children, Carol Rose (Dan), William Cox, Jr. (Cindy), Kathy and Mike Belcher; her grandchildren, Carrie, Nathan, Chris C. (Victoria), Chris B., Joshua (Rachel), Miranda (Dom) and Michael (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Charis, Ilana, Charlotte, Tova, Malachi, Cooper, Brooks and Norah.
Funeral service will be held on January 20, 2021 at 9 AM at Liberty Church PCA 11301 Liberty Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 with limited seating due to Covid. Mask and social distancing must be observed at all times.
